well, a closed season means that...closed. Severe penalties for those caught harvesting/selling. It cannot be sold in closed season. That said, there was, a year or so ago, a limited amount of "pre-bought" lobster available from a few select retaurants througout the country. Not sure if that is still in effect. Bywarren? Pedro1?
