Hi all...first timer heading to AC March 5 and booked at Ramon's. Wondering if anyone can answer a few questions for me?

Do the rooms at Ramons have in room safes? We are in a seaside room (only thing available when we booked). We are wondering if there is a fridge in the room, if not can we request one? Also, any information on the pricing at Ramon's bar and restaurant. I noticed that the website doesn't post a menu, has me suspicious.

Any input helpful. Thanks

Have stayed at Ramon's twice in 2003 in a beachfront cabana. No safes in the rooms. We brought cash and travelers checks. Left our cash and checks in the room and locked the door - probably wsn't the smartest thing we did but we luckily had no problems. The front desk will cash travelers checks for you. Fridges aren't standard - however, I think there are fridges in the mini - suites. Ramon's does provide a styrofoam cooler and ice. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant which was good but was included in the package we bought so I don't really know how expensive it was. Lot's of choices for meals very close by. Don't sweat it. I found the drinks reasonable (and fabulous - the best Panty Rippers) and they provide beachside service. Tony (one of the bar staff) is a great guy. Have wonderul time. Ramon's is a fun beautiful resort. mobunny

Ramon's does have a safe in the office for guest's safekeeping. No fridges except in the mini suites and 2 bedroom unit.

Hey all!!

Just spoke to Ramons & you can pay $10 a day for a mini-refrigerator to be put in your room, you've got to reserve it ahead of time because they only have 4 of them, beside the ones in the mini suites.
