I'm starting this thread with hopes of getting as many as possible of the OKAY confirmations (injuries only, not property damage) in one place.

To that end I ask everyone who has such a confirmation (even if already entered) to post it in this thread.

Please check the prior entries so that duplication will be avoided and refrain from making side comments.

Most of all, please make each entry as specific as possible - first and last name is best.
