Been hearing not so good things on this forum in regards to security and overall presentation of your resort...granted most of this was over past few months. I am referring to shared information in regard to theft/rape occurring on your premises. Please respond to those of us who are already booked to stay with you how you have addressed these problems to assure the safety and well being of your patrons. I have stayed at many resorts and never had any concerns about safety in a "five star resort". I believe that if there have been problems that a reputable place has made some changes in order to address them...please respond and make us aware of some steps you have taken in order to redeem yourself as a member of Interval International

I doubt that they will reply. I was to stay there and decided not to and to dispute charges on my credit card. I am VERY glad we stayed elsewhere!

Ok, Ok, I will work on it this weekend! It was WONDERFUL! I will detail the trip for you. We are faithful Mexico travelers & loved AC!! We will definitely be back.

by the way, I did get the charge credited back to my credit card! I also noticed that today the ebay site says they are selling thier last package to Costa maya.
