My wife and I are visiting AC for the first time in July this year. We both love to snorkle and relaxing on the beach. I love to fish and we both love to party and have a good time. Is the summer a good time to be there and is the nightlife good at that time of year?

It's HOT and a fine time for being in the water. There is always some music at several places

Those of us who live here prefer the summer months. Occasional brief rains green up the gardens and keep down the dust, the sea temps are about 90 (swim for hours wihtout getting chilled) and the waters are calm (best visibiity for snorkeling and diving). Whilst it is hot on AC in July, daytime temps rarely exceed 95, which is still a lot cooler than most of the southern US. Sea breezes come up in the evening ......... all in all July is a pretty special time of year. Enjoy your visit!
PS - yes there is always nightlife here - there are plenty of locals to support it.
