Banana Beach, Seven Seas or The Blue Tang... We were going to be at CMR, but with 18yr old we were worried about being so far out. My husband and I both scuba so other entertainment is a must. Not to say the pool and beach aren't enough, just want to make sure there are things to do (besides sleep). thanks

Each has their redeeming features. I think you 18 year old would like to be close to the action, and so I'm recommending Blue Tang.

That said, while Blue Tang has some nice big rooms, did you guys want a place with a separate bedroom?

Have you looked at AquaMarina Suites?

I'm checking on that right now. Thanks. Which area has the best beach? Is it noisy and crowded by boats in town?

Rest easy, as they are all good choices. Especially as they are all south of the cut [correct?]. I assume you've never been there, San Pedro is a small village and everything is accessible. Don't worry your pretty little head :-}

We are looking as well...it's our first time and wondering if it's better to be north of cut or south of cut...which resorts are within walking distance to town yet far away from noise? Seems that Caribe is the way to go, but is there anything that has a great beach where you can also do a little snorkeling off the pier? My husband dives, loves to flyfish in the mornings. Thanks for any help

trying to decide between banana beach and Belizean Shores...anyone that can help me out here I'd be very grateful to. How far is each from town/activities and which one has a better beach and/or is in a quieter area? North of town or south of town...for a first visit what would you suggest?
