Come on Mikell, please don't talk bad about the 1st floor, that was my husbands choice, and I don't want to be mad at him. Is it really noisy down there? My husband likes the thought of passing beers over the balcony and having a bathroom very close for me. He also wants me to walk to town with him a lot and knows I won't if i'm tired from the stairs...haha The golf carts look very good to me....(kinda lazy)

I am with your hubby. I prefer the first floor so I can hop over the railing and be on the beach. Or sneak in the same way late at night Passing beers over is another perfectly good reason for the 1st floor! I never found them to be noisy or a problem.

you can have the best of both worlds - get the 3rd floor unit, then simply befriend the 1st floor peeps and have them hand you the beers! ) and you can use their bathroom)

Goody2shuz will be up above me, I told her I'd have to check out the view from the top. BUT, I may have to charge her for the use of the bathroom....haha

I personally think the view from the top is worth more ... so we'll have to barter use of the bathroom as well as some of the first floor belikins...that ought to make it fair enough Of course the noise level may still be an issue...it all depends on who's living above you!!!

Sounds like a party to me. I'll give you lots of first floor bilikins then you'll be willing to pay lots for that 1st floor potty!
And I'll borrow a broom to bang on the ceiling, maybe bring a few noisemakers also....haha --
