Blue-48-98,

We stayed at VH in early Feb.,and as always it was a great week. We have been staying there every Feb. for the past 8 yrs.-always have been satisfied. Never stayed in the Rainforest suite but we have toured all of the accomadations there and found them all to be very nice. The entire property is really beautiful, and the pool has to be one of the best on AC. Top notch restaurant and an unbelievable staff! You are going to be treated so well, almost like a member of their family. Bar/water sport rentals are on the premises. Javier can set up any tours. If you are interested in fishing/snorkeling, we can make some recommendations for a couple of terrific guides. We cannot say enough great things about VH, have always enjoyed our stay.

TIMO THANKS FOR THE REPLY. JULY SEEMS SO FAR AWAY CANT WAIT. WE DO HAVE 2 HALF DAYS BOOKED FOR FLY FISHING. WHILE PICTURES OF A GRAND SLAM DANCE IN MY HEAD ILL BE THRILLED TO TIE INTO A FEW TARPON. WAS WONDERING HOW FAR VH IS FROM TOWN. WE ENJOY WALKING THE BEACH WHEREVER WE GO. WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR TAKE ON THE FISHING GUIDES. I WAS TOLD THEY WILL SUPPLY ALL THE FLY RODS,FLIES AND LEADERS WE NEED. IF I DONT NEED TO PACK ALL THAT GEAR THE HAPPIER ILL BE. WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS.

VH is approx 1.5 miles from town. You can walk it, but I would recommend taxi, golf cart rental (available at VH), or bike (free at VH).

We have gone fly fishing before, but brought all our own gear. It would probably depend on your guide as to the equipment.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
