When we got the letter from II, stating that the amenities listed on the website were not quite true... I called II and told them I felt the place was mis-represented. Then called CMR and told them that II was refunding my money and I wanted a refund for the extra night that I had booked on my own. They were both very good about it and very understanding. Just call customer service and ask, I am glad I did. We just got back today and we had every intention of driving the golf cart to CMR, got as far as Captain Morgan's (that was the good part of the road we heard), and could not even imagine what the rest of the road to CMR would have been like... I am still sore from the trip to Cptn Morgans.... Good luck!
