#8503 - 10/07/00 10:05 AM caye caulker needs help!

I just got a phone call from Cindy Carlson Ayala, a long-time resdient of Caye Caulker. She says that these things are deperately needed: anitbiotics, jarred baby foods
clothing- adult and children
shoes, flip flop, tennis, (whatever)
toothbrushes, paste
many families left with nothing but the clothes on their backs -

Thank you!!!!

How can things be sent if you're not with Red Cross or someone else. Can I, as an individual, gather up a bunch of stuff and send it there by DHL for example? Will it be taxed by customs? I can't seem to find out what the rules are.
