We have been watching this board now for about 2 months and have gotten plenty of valuable information. We will arrive June 13th for 6 nights.

Have decided to stay at Victoria House, booked a full day of fishing, bbq, & snorkeling with cap't Bicho on june 15th (opening day for lobster). Plan to take a day trip to Caye Caulker,and with the rest of our time we plan on not planning. Will try to eat in as many of the restuarants as we can, so many have come so highly recommended. We do enjoy cocktails and will be out and about in the evenings.

Again thanks for all the information, we are eager
to visit. Have only 45 days to go. Hope to meet some you down there.

knotborde, your plan sounds exactly the way Rose & I did our trip in March,except we didn't get out to fish because the whole week there were gale force winds and no one went out.Go to Caye Caulker fairly early,rent a cart there & you can see the whole island.It can be very hot walking around. Have lunch at Rasta Pasta on the beach,go swimming at the cut and bring mask & snorkle if you have them, no need for fins. It's a fun place.

knotborde, I hit the button and didn't finish.

We think it's more fun to just wing it sometimes and not do to much planning ahead. Isn't there enough planning and time restraints at home???

If you can afford it rent a gas golf cart for the week.This enables you to go anywhere you want at the time you want to. VH is a looooong walk to town.You mentioned liking to go out at night, the cart will make that much easier. Fun places in town. Fido's was my favorite.
