I am sitting on my porch in Albuquerque (listening to Es Vive Ibiza), having an evening cocktail after a long difficult day. I am dreaming of sitting at the Casa Picasso bar with Chris, Jen and Trevor (and Irm of course) drinking a Lemon Drop, talking... laughing. Heavy sigh. Interesting to read of your heavy sigh & severe withdrawls. I have been feeling a little down since I left A/C. I recall feeling this way last year also. Drew asked me when I was moving. I told him I would let him know. Maybe he'd like to visit! :rolleyes:

I am going through the same thing. I have been around in the traveling department and every single time I get home from AC, it is this way. Been home two weeks tomorrow. I think my friends and co-workers think I am a freak. No, they don't want to hear about it anymore or see any pictures. But, then again, they have never been there, so how would they ever know? Just chalk it up to finding a special place you love to go to and will return again and again.

By the way, Mobunny, I think you were there when I was down. Were you guys at BCs on the 15th?

We're dreaming of Jan. 19th when we can fly down there again! Can't get here soon enough! Hubby has all of our pictures from last trip on my screensaver and pic changes every 15 seconds! So everytime I sit or walk pass the computer I look and remember AC! And visitors don't have a choice! lol

Mobunny - I have only been to San Pedro one time and that was a year ago. I think I am still suffering withdrawels. I have become addicted to this board and have to check it every day to see what is going on down there. It is so bad -- I am leaving for vacation tomorrow to Hawaii and all I can think of is I would rather be going to San Pedro. I got outvoted by the rest of the family. Who in their right mind would not be excited about going to Hawaii? Just me I guess. :rolleyes:

Been almost four months now & still having withdrawal pains! Suffered a severe rum punch attack last weekend...nothing for it but to begin making plans for a return trip. That porch is calling my name over & over & over......

Capt Jeff my love, of course I didn't forget about you. I miss you too. Irm and I had such a great time with you our last visit. You were so kind to us. That snorkel trip with the big turtle is a memory I will cherish for a very very long time. What a great day. If I ever get out of this funk I'll write up my trip report and post some pics. (My friend Sandi who joined us the day you left town has been very sick with the West Nile virus for about a month now and I have been terribly worried about her) I love the photo on Capt Bicho's site with all of us. I also have a great shot of a bunch of us at Fido's (you, me, Irm, Beth and Sue, Steve and Clarissa). I'd love to hook up with you and Gay and David again in SP. It was a blast. Mobunny - I know exactly how you feel. I've been back over two weeks now and I have already figured out my next trip to AC in 2005. The thing is - I'm still trying to sneak another trip in before it! Guess we missed eachother - perhaps the next time!
