A little over a year ago six family members traveled to San Pedro for my daughter Lauri's wedding on September 1, 2003. A couple of days after the wedding the newlyweds went to the mainland to tour Tikal. This year the same six went to Hawaii to celebrate their 1st anniversary. While we were there Lauri & her husband went diving. On the dive boat they met another couple celebrating their 1st anniversary. Seems they were married in the states on August 30th of 2003, went to the mainland to see Tikal and then went to San Pedro for the rest of their honeymoon. They only missed each other by a day. Now if we could all just meet in San Pedro next year....
