I will be in AC in Feb. and was wondering what goes on in San Pedro for Carnival? Are there special events in the daytime or just at night? Festivals? Parade?

Ash Wednesday falls on February 9th in 2005. That makes Fat Tuesday the 8th with celebrations up to then.
Don't know what celebrations there are in AC - just furnishing you with the dates.

What GRAFFICE means is to bring an OLD spare shirt and shorts because if you go to San Pedro you're likely to go back to your room a little more colorful.

Cool, Paint Party sounds like a blast! Back to my original question- Do the activities happen by daytime or night or both?

Sounds good, windyw. Since we're so close to BC's, that's usually our starting (and sometimes ending) point everyday.
