A friend recently returned from San Pedro with stories from 3 different sources that the northern development was on, to include an international airport. I thought he was crazy, but then remembered the proposed Dolphin development from 6-8 years ago that included an airstrip at Basil Jones. I lost track of it and assumed it "went away". Anyone know?
