Still looking at lots north of the cut, and I'd like to thank those who've sent me information. My wife and I, since our first trip, have looked at lots in the Robles subdivision (and I, on my last trip, actually went to it by boat). The lots appear beautiful, though pretty far up shore (for now). Does anyone on the board own a lot (or house on a lot) that would be willing to share their thoughts/experiences with me?

I guess I'm a bit nervous at some of the restrictions in areas where the reef touches shore (i.e. no boating to the lot). Does anyone have any good, bad, indifferent thoughts about these Robles lots (also, if anyone has one they're interesting in selling, that too!)?
