IM really after the Permit and Bonefish, but would like a grandslam nonetheless...

Could you refer me to a very quality oriented flatts guide?

Plenty of fish in feb. although they will be "smaller" than the mid-summer fish. Probably better plan on more wind too. Excellent permit time.

Fishing, a new found hobby for me!!

FYI: In March 2000, anglers on a boat fishing out of El Pescador, N. AC, caught 21 permit in one day, an IGFA world record!!

You can sight cast for tarpon year round off AC. July/August are the best tarpon fishing months for AC.

IM not a huge fan of Tarpon anyhow, but tell me more about the Permit. Are they tailing during this time of year?
And, as I will be going for Bones, yall are saying that a majority of the big Bones have gone to deeper water?
Does this mean that I will only be looking for small schools of Bones, or smaller sized Bones?
Any information is usefull. Thanks for everything folks!
easy..~

I work six miles up the coast (north) of SP.

Folks catch bones (boneyfish in Belize) on a regular basis, wading from shore, on fly rods of course.

Captain Abel Guerrero is a good choice, over 25 years experience on AC. 011-501-226-2043. Could be difficult to reserve.

Bugman, SIN & CO.,

I've booked Severo Guerrero (Abel's brother)and also a top guide for three days the last week of February. If you're in AC and interested in splitting a day, post or Email me.

IGFA does not keep records on fish/angler or fish/boat/day or any other nonsense like that.
