renski - Although Brianna's is on the beach, behind it is a residential area. Brianna's has a back sand yard where you can lounge late afternoon and still get the sun. At the far corner of the yard is the bike shed then beyond the boundary wall of Brianna's on all 3 sides are other houses.
As you look at Brianna's from the sea, the people who live in the house on the right are a large family who take out charters for fishing, bringing their catch back and prepare them on their dock with their belikins - very friendly. They are the ones with the dogs that may wake you up sometimes.
The other side is a rented out holiday home which we never heard anything from and the houses out the back we never heard a thing either.
