Chris and Eric Burnette (nephews of Barefoot Skinny) are living at Iguana Gardens Unit #3. They are both super computer literate and their families are in good shape after the storm, so they are not totally tied up. They would probably be glad to be runners and they do have bicyles.

Sandshaker, if you can get a message to them, I'm almost positive that they would help. Also, their father, Dallas Dave may help. These guys are honest, tough, smart and generous. Give it a shot. Also, if they had a couple of walkie/talkies, one could run and transmit the information back to the internet cafe while the other input the info onto the message board.

Just so happens, I gave Barefoot Skinny my computer. So they can use that if there is a phone line and plug for the computer.

The plug in (line) on the modem needs to be cleaned in order to have a sloid connection, but it works just fine. I will be happy to supply my BTL password and account info and they can just do it on my account if necessary.

Folks, messengers are needed to bring news to the Coconet Internet cafe for posting. It will help if we can keep this toward the top until we can locate Chris and Eric Burnette or other people that have bicycles and are willing and able to go look for people and properties and report back. As I'm sure you've noticed there are amny, many people needing to know the conditions of their families, homes, boats and tourists need to know the status of the hotels and dive dhops with which they have made reservations.

The quicker we can get some foot soldiers out there carrying news, the better.

I'm still looking for any news on rodrigo lopez who works at the paradise resort hotel...the last i heard from him (the 1st october)he told me to call on 2189...but now i can eventually get through no one's anwering...does anyone recognize this number..?As i have no idea where i'm calling.
