The jacuzzi is IN the bedroom of the honeymoon suite at EC. Very nice and romantic. At Banyan Bay it just a large tub with jets in the bath room. Nice but not as nice as the H suite at EC. Overall resort wise, Banyan Bay (or Banana Beach) is nicer than EC (IMO) but Banyan is all 2 bedroom so more than what you really need. The pool area is nice at EC, certainly not fancy but adequate.

Again, I liked EC, but would not describe the pool area as nice by any means. Just my opinion. Check the photos on their website. The pool is one that you'd see in someones backyard in the states.

So what is the vibe as far as pool hopping? Still weighing the decision. Those in the know where would you stay for the honeymoon?

Pool hopping can be iffy. Probably depends on your behavior in their pool. In generally one should not pool hop. If a pool/bar buy a drink.

Have you looked into the suites at Ramon's? I've never stayed in one, but their pool and restaurant/bar are nice and fun. Pretty nice beach too, as far as beaches on AC go. I'm sure you'll have a great time wherever you decide to stay. Pool hopping is pretty much out.
