Way to go Jamilla!!! See you went with Lyle, the same one I went with last year, he's a neat guy. Your grandkids won't believe it.

I talked to Jamila about her skydive a couple days ago and she was still so excited about it. Maybe next year i will muster enough courage to go!!

I can't wait, be there 2/9. Seems like forever, maybe cheap airfares can let me get there before then?

I've already told you more than I know.

I really am jazzed about "jumping" in February '07. I do have an important question I need cleared up before I take the leap. I'm sure reaper or an insurance agent can answer this: Does jumping out of an airplane put an existing life insurance policy in a position of being cancelled? I remember when my husband and I got our policies, the company would not insure us if we participated in certain extreme sports (skydiving was included in the list of no-no activities). I certainly do not want to appear morbid, but we pay big bucks on premiums to protect the family in case something happens to one of us. It would be a bit selfish for me to celebrate my 50th birthday by taking my first jump if it would result in even the remote possibility of disqualifying my life insurance. I can't find anything in the policy paperwork and I certainly don't want to call the insurance company and ask them! Let me know your thoughts on this subject.
Thanks,
Pam

I'm pretty sure my life insurance policy is cancelled if I meet my demise skydiving. However, I don't know if that can be challenged if you actually died of a heart attack/stroke etc. prior to hitting the ground - even if you were in the act of skydiving eek

Jamilla looks so calm and Lyle looks like it is his first time! Great pictures! A friend of mine went with Lyle, too, while we waited on the ground for her and all that she had were great things to say about him and the whole experience. She didn't say enough to convince me (or the other 10 in our group) to try it, though!
