Just wondering if anyone has stayed at Shirley guest house before. It seems nice but looks really close to the airstrip. I wonder if it is noisy. Can anyone comment or suggest a moderately affordable cute place with private bath suitable for a couple?

The airstrip is not the problem as there are few flights and none at night. In the day you will be out and around the island. Shirley likes Americans and as long as you aren't an interracial couple you will be fine. She was a witch to us. Ditto at Ignacio huts but everywhere else was fine.
