RENTAL Needed

HEllo. Looking for a Studio / 1br rental, no more than $300us a month, starting either Jan. or Feb. 2012, 2-4 months maybe longer. Must have internet access, and basic cooking goods, furniture. Thanks for your help.

You'll need to get a roommate to split the rent with, to get anything habitable. You might be able to find a one room rental on back street for that price, but it will be unfurnished, you will pay your own electricity and share a bathroom with many other families. Several restaurants have wifi if you have a laptop, but you'll be paying for food or drinks to sit there and use the facility.
Have you asked around Caye Caulker in person?
Good luck finding something at that price range during the peak of high season.
