San Pedro resident Marlon Escobar is recovering from stab wounds after he was attacked last night on the island. Police report that Escobar had a misunderstanding with his employer, Ahmad Musa, owner of Marlins Bar in San Pedro who is believed to have stabbed him four times in his back and once in his chest. The 35-year-old went to the polyclinic on the island shortly before one o'clock this morning where he was treated and later air lifted to Belize City for further treatment. Escobar is in a stable condition after undergoing surgery.
