Women make up more than 70% of Oceana's global staff How amazing is that?
In line with this year's theme, "Choose to Challenge", we wanted to highlight the women in our office who #choosetochallenge daily.

Every day, the women on our team work to challenge the status quo as they use their voices to advocate for Belize's marine resources, create platforms for youths to speak up, join in conversations often dominated by men and continuously fight for equality in all aspects of our society. Today we celebrate these women and all women who work to inspire positive change.
