You can check here, but call the nearest passport agency, maybe they can help

Oh...duh, I got them upon return of that vaca in I believe in 3/4 days.
Went to the USPO, got a pix done, showed all kinds of ID, filled out the forms again, and asked for them to be expedited. $60 US each. I know you can get them faster then that though! BUT... IT was/is much more costly!

Way to go Hope, glad that it worked out for you. This could happen to anybody, so I am filing this info away - just in case.
Good luck to your brother, beachluvr!

dbdoberman, thanks for your quick response, I did find the same thread you posted, but that wasn't it...still, you rock for your efforts!

Hope, you're a dream come true, lady! why didn't that thread come up when I did a search? maybe it did & I just missed it..anyway, unfortunately this is for my brother, not hubby & me...but I do get to go to Hawaii in a couple of weeks, yea!!!

still working on SP in July...I've spent my last 2 bdays there & this will be the big 4 0, so if I can spend it there, I think it'll take some of the sting out, wouldn't you agree? wink btw, will you be at the Texas party in June? Rick actually took vaca so we could attend...such a sweetie! hope to meet you there & thanks again

HOpe, it's my first time & I'm more than excited...always wanted to go...staying on Oahu but would love to check out Maui & the big island, but only 1 week & two days of that are devoted pretty much to travel...whatever I get to do will be more than enough to make me happy, tho laugh

Cheri, you bet we can be any age we wanna be! sometimes my mind still works like a teenager (especially on that island, lol) but the mirror just won't agree w/that confused
