Sudafed (pseudoephedrine) is a decongestant that can be used as an ingredient in methamphetamine production (crystal Meth).
but it can also be used to clear your sinus pressure from a cold.

I can't imagine a banned prescription drug assuming you have the normal container with your name on it from the pharmacy. Now; 10,000 tablets in a box is another matter.

Exactly my experience, no problems and when I come down for the winter I could have a 3 - 6 month supply depending on how long I'm planning on staying. Maybe 6-8 different prescriptions and they hardly look at them when they check my luggage at customs. (which they always do)
