So we have been checking out a few of the different resorts on the island and there are way too many to choose from. Banana Beach? Belizean Shores? Paradise Villas? I can't decide!
Otherwise we are interested in staying at a beach house. Does anyone know who I could contact about renting one for a couple of weeks? We aren't looking for anything too spectacular. There is just two of us looking for a relaxing couple of weeks. We do prefer oceanfront though. Thanks for the help.
Most people that stay there are pretty happy with Brianna's Beach House. Very nice location, cute little place. No pool but nice beach front. Though it is on the part of the beach that has vehicular traffic, it's not exactly a freeway. When you are not watching the ocean you can people watch.
Caye Management, Mary Hawthorne, rents many places. Her link is via "Goods & Services" drop-down menu above. Have fun.
Seashell, Where exactly is Brianna's beach house located? We were just in San Pedro and I meant to figure out where it is located, but was having too much fun and never did. It looks so cute on the website.
Hi Mobunny! Gonna jump in here. Brianna's is less than half way from Wet Willie's dock (where the Blue Tang is) and the Boca del Rio (which probably won't help you at all, but its the best way I can describe it). It is a very attractive place, looks quite roomy. We were walking by and asked the lady, contentedly reclining upon the porch about it, and she really liked it. Can't remember the exact figure, but it seemed a tad high. Good news, you are in easy walking distance to everything, and have lots of privacy if that is what you like.
Briana's is very near the Seven Seas. It's just adorable, and very nice. Good location too. close to town, shopping, groceries store, dock, and it's beach front. I don't think you would be disappointed.
Thanks for the location info. Now I know why we didn't see it. We took the a golf cart to the north end but never walked past Fido's on the beach. Which seems crazy but, we just ran out of time. Something to look for next year when we go back again!
