Merry Christmas to all...

See you during Mardis gras.

Also, Mikell, as a Chiefs fan all I really want for Christmas is for Buffalo to bookend their season with wins overs the Pats. I mean the Pats have to lose at some point right?

Happy new year too.

58 days and counting.

Re: Happy Holidays - 12/23/03 05:29 PM

hey kcjd....

Nope not this year. Home field advantage will be great....
Gets pretty weathery in foxboro, old time football....

and as for the chiefs....

I can give you 20 to 1 odds that the Chiefs will NOT win the superbowl.
kinda makes ya think huh?

Hope it snows saturday....
Bledsoe hates snow....
always has....
always will....

GO PATS!!!!!

Re: Happy Holidays - 12/23/03 11:52 PM

I bet your favorite movie is "Tuck Everlasting".

Here's the synopsis:
Tuck Everlasting, a timeless and enchanting adventure about one team's magical game, will captivate audiences of any age. Young Tom Brady, stifled by the formality of his proper life and domineering coach, escapes into the snow only to get sacked. Soon he happens upon an obscure “Tuck Rule” - a rule full of life and adventure unlike any rule he'd ever met - and falls in love.

Rex Stuart, a kind and generous replay official, has a powerful secret - a replay that holds the magic of an everlasting game. It's a life-affirming adventure that will cast its irresistible spell over you again and again. laugh
Merry X-mas

how did the pats manage to get so good this year anyway? didn't the bills steal half their team? not that it did them any good! looking forward to that bookend win hasn't been much fun watching them since that first game or two!

Re: Happy Holidays - 12/24/03 03:23 AM

Greetings from Cambria and may everyone have lucky happy Holidays. Cambria is still standing and very minimal earthquake damage. Will be in San Pedro January 8 if luck holds out.

Good to hear the people in your part of California are recovering - and hopefully getting back to normal.
We felt that one all the way up here in the SF bay area!

Have a great time in San Pedro.

Happy Holidays to all of you.

Our small town in south Texas is so great, 10 golf carts just came into our driveway, loaded with neighbors and friends, to sing Christmas carols to us on this warm holiday night. We are blessed, and hope all of you are blessed too.

Re: Happy Holidays - 12/24/03 01:54 PM

That was a humorous visual, Chloe, Christmas carols via golfcart. Hard to imagine for somebody back east. Very nice.

Cambriagal, well wishes for your community. Sad thing to happen, especially during the holiday season. When the name of your town was on the news, I was trying to remember where I had seen it before, then when you posted here, it came to me. Glad to know you have your trip to look forward to. Enjoy!

I want you to keep on rockin' up there in northern Cali, Isle, but not for that reason!

Felize Navidad.

Re: Happy Holidays - 12/24/03 04:44 PM

A question -Is it possible with your brand of "football" which is played with hands(in Kevlar uniform) for a player to go through his entire career without ever touching the ball when play is in progress?
Posted By: hacker

Re: Happy Holidays - 12/24/03 05:24 PM

The REAL football, (Our Brand), Yes, it is not only possible, but happens in many full football careers, to NEVER touch the ball....

This happens frequently for recievers in the N.Y. Jets organization....

Happy Holidays to all! And. . to those who are lucky enough to be on a beach with warm sunshine (preferably in AC), I hope you have your toes in the sand and a drink your hand.

Aren't there any NBA fans out there? Xmas Day is a double header, with Kings v. Dallas, followed by a Lakers game. Being a resident of the Sacramento Kingdom, go Kings!!!
