Woo hoo. The 2nd Annual Holiday Lighted Boat Parade is almost here.

I am so looking forward to seeing the creativity of the boaters this year.

Running from Patojos Dive Shop to Perla Escondida and back - starting at sunset. 6pm

Skippers need to be at the meeting tonight at the Pier Lounge.

Judging will be at the Ramon's Village Pier after the parade.

shuffles, were you able to get the boat decorated that you have 'sponsored'? Do you know what time the parade begins?
Posted By: Amanda Syme Re: Holiday Lighted Boat Parade - 12/02/07 06:18 PM
Everybody (boats, captains and participants)should be at Patojos at 5:45pm sharp - better to be early. Parade begins at 6pm.

Great show of lights!! The boat with the DAN flag was to best light show on a boat I've ever seen. Thanks to everyone that made this night possible!

Twenty participants this year as opposed to seven in 2006. Super job by all! We can only imagine next year.

A very wonderful event...thousands along the shore and on all the piers beheld the twenty beautifully gaudy boats. As an "emegency judge" and judge emeritus...I stowed away like a mouse onboard the judges boat. Thank you for all the sponsors, the committee, the "real" judges and of course, Jan Brown, who concieved of this wonderful, just in time, event.

Great time was had by all and weather couldn't have been better. Lots of hard work was put in by all the entry's and what a beautiful show.
Looking forward to next years parade.
