Place to stay in June

Coming down around the middle of June. Looking for a placed to rent for a month. Any ideas?

house? condo? near town? away from town (quiet)?

help us - narrow down please.

The area that I like is North of town. I'm trying to find either a house or condo that won't cost me a fortune to stay for a month. I'm really open to options.

we stayed at the cloisters the last two visits. it is north, but just barely. about half mile over the bridge. easy access to town if you rent a cart.

not fancy, but big, clean, and the view is to die for. the price is VERY reasonable for what you get. i do not know if they have deals by the week/month, we paid per day. check out their link on the 'lodgings' page.

Close to town, very private, nice swimming pools......the "Riviera" of North Ambergris Caye!

What can everyone tell me about the Cloisters? I'm looking at staying there for month in June.
