San Matilde
Its hard for me to keep up with all the new names for the new developments. This one seems to be very close to me and advertised as 'one of the most sought after properties on Ambergris Caye', how could I have missed it?
Could it be a name change of an old project?

If I remember correctly San Matilde is a subdivision up past Legacy. 50 ft beach lots. A number of rows - maybe 4 or 5.

That sounds about right.
The plot map shows them small and cheap!
Lots of houses up here sit on two , three and four little lots.
Playa Blanca is like that. Most of those big expensive homes are really sitting on 4 little lots joined together.
Isn't there now a min. size law of 75 feet?
