Veterans Benefits - 11/26/11 12:39 AM

Many veterans are not aware of their benefits and I would like to mention two that are not well known.
1. If a veteran is 65 or older and has less than $1000.00 a month reportable income the Veterans administration will bring them up to the $1000.00 per month level.

2. If a widow of a veteran does not receive social security nor has any reportable income in the U.S. she is entitle to about $780.00 per month whether a U.S. Citizen or not there is also a suppli,emt for any children under 18 years of age.

I can be contacted in Antigua at 502-5788-3432 or via e-mail at [email protected]

Its legit. If you are aware of any veterans who are squeezing their pennies and they meet the qualification are entitled to this pension.The qualifications are;

Age 65 or older

served 1 day during a period of war and honorably discharged.

earn less than $1000.00 per month.

This can be verified at under veterans pensions for veterans. Under survivors benefits for widows.
