Hi. im new here and i have a few questions about AC. as you can tell from my name, i have been to coz a few times, and over the last 5 or so years have noticed a big change in the island every time i go back. so im looking for a new place to go and always wanted to go to AC. am also sick of hotels and resorts and thinking about just buying a place on AC to go whenever i want. of course we (brother and i) will go and check out places before buying anything. we just want to know what to look for before talking to any real estate agents, so here goes.

is there any shore diving/snorkeling on AC or do you need a boat? if so what is a good location, nort or south?

how do people get around? cars or golf carts?
taxi/water taxi?

does anyone here own a place and rent it out? if so what is your occupancy rate?

you need a boat to get out to the snorkeling and diving...

water taxis, golf carts, bikes, a few cars, more all the time...

couldn't say what the occupancy rate is currently...
