Looking for 1/2 bdr for long term rental 6-12 mos

This isn't actually for myself, but I'm looking for a colleague that comes out here every couple of years or so.

He would like to rent a 1-2bdr condo or home for between 6-12 months. Would like to find something under 1200USD/monthly if at all possible. If you have something available or know somewhere, please PM me.
