I sailed over the reef at Boca Bacalar Chico in 1981 as the chart said in was a "passage for small boats"....LOL...did make it out again and sailed into San Pedro and later up the bay to Chetemal...My question ...is there a road from San Pedro to Rocky Point? is there any building that far north on the island,is building permited there? and if so are the lots for sale....thanks

No road that far up the coast... only a path to around Mata Chica. Power goes to Mexico Rocks about 7 miles up. Not much building up thee yet but all the shoreline property is privately owned and some is for sale. Email me for details. [email protected] http://www.InvestInBelize.com
