Who does one need to talk to in order to find out the training schedule to send someone through to get their tour guide license?
Thanks!

Billy Leslie at Tuff E Nuff or Robbie Gonzalez at Chuck 'n Robbie's.

Your first stop should be the Belize Tourist Board office above the library.
They have a schedule of classes taught around the country and an application with a list of requirements. The phone is 226-4532
The test for the licences is given in that office.
Study for the test can be 'Independent Study' and an application for this can be acquired at the same office. The book to study for the test cost 50. and also available at the office above the library.

Obama and i both born in USA!
Canadian Lady I know was made a Tour Guide lately, I'm sure she is a french speaking Canadian.
I think the rule is just be a citizen and no laws or rules in Belize have 'Born in Belize' as a factor.I wouldn't be legal or could i say Constitutional.

There's at least one person on the island that got their tour guide license without being a resident or naturalized citizen. I can only guess at how they might have accomplished that miracle; I'm very sure it wasn't through the San Pedro Tour Guide Association.
