That was Emory King's site. I believe he shut it down. Probably decided giving away the information for free wasn't the best idea.

His mile-by-mile guide is still the best way to find your way around Belize. You can buy it once you get to Belize, or we sell it for US$14 per $4 shipping/handling. We also have a few of the 1998 and 1998 editions left over which we are selling for US$9.95 including shipping/handling. You'll save a little money by buying it in Belize, assuming it's available.
