We would like to officially welcome Corporal Tamara Humes as the domestic violence liaison officer for San Pedro Town. Corporal Humes has been serving in the police department for 12 years, 9 of those years were spent at the Crime Investigations Branch. Our Director, Kristina Romero, met with Corporal Humes to offer Hope Haven's support and to further understand the process of reporting and following through with a domestic violence case. Corporal Humes is now stationed on the island and we look forward to working with her.
