cute little yellow "golf cart"

Just wondering... Last time I was on AC I kept seeing this cute little yellow (I think it was yellow...) golf cart that looked like an "old" car. Anyone know who belongs to that cart? It is so cute.

Ya, we also thought the cart was the best one the island. We heard who the owner was but can not remember his name.
