When we travel to Mexico and buy fruits & veggies at the local markets, we put them in a big pot of water and put in a few drops of MicroDyn and let them soak a while. Do we need to do this in Belize as well with stuff we buy at the supermarket in SP? And if so, do they sell MicroDyn at the markets in Belize? Thanks!

No need to do that in Belize. When it comes to health and hygiene standards, Belize is not Mexico.

Thanks for the info ... just being cautious; the last thing I want is for stomach problems to ruin the trip.

Peel it or cook it.
What's in season now: MANGOS! papaya, pineapple, avocado, bannanas (of course), mommy fruit, plantain, cho-cho, lettuce (imported) cucumbers & tomatoes (some imported)
