well I suppose if the pizen dont get you eating coconut oil on a reglar basis will..but daym it sounds good

Coconut oil be good fer ya. Ah slather ir all ova me body when ah go outside to protect me from the radio transmissions the Sun sends to try an mess wit me brain...

It's good on the inside too. It has the good cholesterol...gets a bad rap but it is one of the best oils for you. WAY better than Canola Oil (talk about poison...)

I cook with coconut oil but lately the weather has been cool enough to solidify it..so can't pour it from it's bottle

Details, details .......... cholsterol is an animal product, not a vegetable one and there is no possible way any 100% vegetable oil contains it.
This is one reason you can see very reassuring labels on not so healthy products.
What you are looking for in vegetable oils is the kinds of fats that your body converts into cholesterol .......
