The Journey Building Belizean Lives Through Music Food And Travel continue to share with you this rich and fascinating culture and history of Belize! Join us as we walk with the cameras everyday. We are at the corner of Gabourel Lane and Queen Street in Belize City the Old Capital of Belize! The shoot starts off at former Her Majesty's Prison built between 1854 - 1857 and is now the Museum of Belize we see Public Utilities Commission Compound (PUC) followed by that historical Colonial Building further down Gabourel Lane left hand side would be where the US Embassy Compound was at corner Hudson Street and Gabourel Lane. The shoot continues with that orange building which was at one time a Colonial wooden building housing the Labour Department. On my right handside is Baptist School that's coming up in another shoot!





Enjoy a little snippet of the Flag Monument Belcan Bridge Freetown Road Princess Margaret Drive and Philip Goldson Highway intersection Belize City!

The Journey Building Belizean Lives Through Music Food And Travel continues to build the momentum this shoot jumps off on Southern Foreshore where some years ago a Developer built this huge Building.... far right is Baron Bliss Light House followed by the famous Harbour View property .... former BDF Compound Customs Deoartment which is presently Fort Street Tourism Village the Cruise Terminal in Belize City.... Northern Fishermen Coop followed by former Belize Sugar Industries now San Pedro Express Water Taxi. Coming up on the left Bliss Institute ... Bowen and Bowen Compound corner King Street and Southern Foreshore the next property is where the popular Bellevue Hotel was built in the 1900 as the home of the Dinger Family. In 1958 Bernard and Jean Dinger converted their home into one of the most popular Bar Restaurant and Hotel the Bellevue. The enclosed area is the exact location of Bellevue Hotel which saw 3 generations!
