I'm looking for a book/tape on the language of the Belizian local? If anyone can help thank you
WHICH Belizean? English of course is the official language, but Spanish is widely spoken, as is Creole, Garifuna, two major Maya dialects and among later comers to Belize, German, Manadarin and other languages.

Creole, Garifuna, and the two major Maya dialects are what I need
I know of no single book or tape that would cover all of these languages, but there are Web sites for Garifuna, Belize Creole (Kriol) and contemporary Maya languages, and some of these do have books and tapes for sale, or links to sites that do.
