Wow. So reasonable. Do you have pics? Where is Buena Vista? What type area is it ( spring break attraction w/ lots of college kids, older retirement, younger retirees, families with children, hippies)?

Living on the beach here, each area has it's "crowd" it draws.
Assume it is somewhat the same everywhere.
