Hi Amanda, we have a client looking for a veh with a permit, does this have a permit?

Can't sell a permit with a vehicle anymore. The new owner must secure their own permit as the application includes details on where their off street parking is as well as a few other details.

Yes I think so. Just no new car/truck permits at this time - last I heard. Rules change weekly!
