ASININE. This is what is happening during REEF WEEK on the north road by Las Terrazas. The destruction of mangroves and filling up of wetlands. National lands/lagoon sub-divided and sold just before elections. I have heard of people owning acres of lands but here on San Pedro you can own gallons of land.
