General Situation:
Ambergris Caye: Conditions this morning by Elbert just before or after this post!
Belize NMS: Warm and generally fair weather prevails this week.
Advisories: None.
24-hour forecast: Sunny with cloudy spells today, cloudy at times tonight and sunny with cloudy spells tomorrow. A few showers or thunderstorms will affect mainly southern coastal areas late tonight into tomorrow morning and then mainly inland areas tomorrow afternoon.
Winds: East to southeast 10-20 knots.
Marine Forecast:
Today: Winds: E-SE 10-20 kts; seas: Moderate; waves: 4-6 ft; isolated showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Tomorrow: Winds: East 5-15 kts; seas: Choppy; waves: 3-4 ft; isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms.
Marine Outlook: (Tuesday night) Winds: East 5-15 kts; seas: Choppy; waves: 3-4 ft; isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms.
Sea Surface Temp (°F): 85
General Outlook: For Tuesday and Tuesday night is for continuing warm and mainly fair weather with only isolated showers or isolated thunderstorms developing.

Tropical Weather Outlook: A broad low pressure system in the east-central Atlantic, several hundred miles SW of the Cape Verde Islands is showing signs of organization. This system is likely to become a tropical depression over the next day or two as it moves generally west-northwestward across the central tropical Atlantic.

From Belmopan...

There was a number of massive ITCZ swell-ups all around Belize last night, most along our western border, which resulted in very little rain in Belize, but late there was another one over Toledo, that brought rain to many parts of Belize, but the present lingering rain over Corozal, is from the north winds clashing with the line of Caribbean cloud and is diminishing.

I expect today will be largely sunny but with white clouds building, only small chance of rain.

Today is probably going to be Similar, to yesterday : Sun, max 34°C 93°F Last night min 23°C 74°F ( Coast usually cooler, hills even cooler )
