Tropical Weather Outlook: At 6:00am the center of Hurricane Matthew was located near latitude 14.1N, longitude 74.3W, or about 315 miles south-southeast of Kingston, Jamaica. Matthew was moving northwest at 5mph with maximum sustained winds of 150mph. A hurricane warning is in effect for Jamaica, Haiti, and portions of Cuba, while a hurricane watch is in effect for southeastern Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands.
