General Outlook: Mostly cloudy with a few showers and thunderstorms developing mainly over northern and inland areas during Friday, then over southern areas Friday night.
Daily Tropical Weather Outlook: At 3:00am the center of Tropical Storm Michael was located near 33.5N latitude, 82.5W longitude or about 30mls West of Augusta, Georgia. Michael was moving to the NE at 31mph with maximum sustained winds of 50mph. Tropical Storm Nadine was centered near 14.1N latitude, 33.3W longitude or about 595mls West of the Cape Verde Islands. Nadine was moving to the NW at 8mph with maximum sustained winds of 65mph. A tropical wave is over the central Caribbean S of Jamaica with convection E of the axis. An upper level low is over the W Caribbean near 15N81W. An upper level high is over the E Caribbean near 12N68W. Upper level moisture covers the entire Caribbean. Expect moderate tradewinds to prevail across the eastern Caribbean Sea through Friday. Moderate NE swell from Hurricane Leslie will move through the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages Thu and Fri.

There is a lot of mid level cloud coming down from the north and a little high level cloud, but presently, that clashing, causing rain, is north of Belize. There is just a little trace of easterly Caribbean air starting to return.

Looks like today will be sunny and cloudy, which could develop rain this afternoon or evening.
